Homeschool Days at the Texas Maritime Museum

Texas Maritime museum offers classes for the homeschool students in the Coastal Bend area. Classes are available for grades 1-8 and will meet from 1pm-3pm. Cost is $8 per child for each class to cover materials, museum admission and a snack. Space is limited and reservations are suggested, however registration and payment are accepted on the day of class.

The Texas Maritime Museum homeschool classes focuses on science, history and technology throughout the school year. Each class will include:

  • Lesson
  • Hands on game/activity
  • Take home craft
  • Tour of the Museum
